Are there any Rayman fans?

I just ask if there are any Rayman fans here on G4TW.
If you are how you discovered Rayman series?
Do you play some Rayman games?
Do you follow the community (if there is any  ) ?
Thought about future of Rayman series.


Well, I'm a little bit young part of Rayman community.
I got in love with Rayman when I played Rayman Raving Rabids on my PS2. *just looking at PS2 and remembering those good old times* It was really hard game for me, but now I can play it like a piece of cake. Practice makes perfect, doesn't it? 
PS2 was a excellent home gaming console. I got PS2 from my parents because I got excellent at the end of the school year. I got PS2 and Gran Turismo 4. My cousin every weekend would give me a game to play. He was very experienced pirate.   
I played Rayman Raving Rabbits for ages and as every PS2 game it started to lag. So I stoped to play Rayman series games but when I heard for Origins I immediately downloaded it and played. Same for Legends. I  think that Legends is better than Origins by far.
I have installed many Rayman games on my smartphone like Jungle Run, Fiesta Runa and newely released game Rayman Adventures.
I'm really hoping for new Rayman game that isn't going to be released just for smartphones. Because every Rayman game that I played on PC is getting better and better. BTW, I really like 2.5 dimension rather than 3D. 

What's your story? 
Really hoping there are more Rayman fans.

Well, not really a big Rayman fan, but I used to enjoy Rayman on the Playstation 1 a lot back then.
Someone gifted me Rayman: Origins on Steam a while back, and it reminded me of the good old original Rayman days, because a lot of the elements seemed to be copied directly from the original game, but then in HD and 3D quality.
Ah man, the music was also great. Would love to play that scene with the pencils and oil again...


What a fantastic game that was.
Also loved how Rayman and the angry fly became friends eventually.
