The sims 3 copy and paste! help!! [SOLVED]

I Have The Sims 3 with expansions in my PC the expansions are :

Ambitions
Fast Lane Stuff
Generations
High-End Loft Stuff
Late Night
Outdoor Living Stuff
Pets
World Adventures

It's working fine and I want to transfer it to my laptop but I only have the base game installer on me so i tried to copy it to my external drive and paste it on my laptop but it doesn't work so i tried to install the base game in my laptop and just copied the expansion packs and update the game to version 1.29 i tried to run it and it worked fine but it can't run the expansion packs. I don't have the installer of the expansion packs so is there a way to make it run without reinstalling the expansion packs because it will be a pain in the ass if i have to download the expansion packs again and install it. I also tried to copy the Electronic Arts folder on the documents of my pc and transfer it to the documents in my laptop but still no luck! so please is there anyone who can help me? sorry for may bad english..

Copying the game folder to your laptop?(!) MY EYES ARE BLEEDING!
Copying files of a program or game to another PC will NEVER work, as your PC won't recognize it as an installed game/program. You must, always, reinstall the program and/or game on your new device and copy your save files only.

Now, the only way to fix your issue is, I'm afraid, removing the files you copied (Be sure to remove everything you copied) and then reinstall using the original .rar file you downloaded.

but when i tried it on other games it works like prototype,gta4,nfs, etc. i only copied the expansion packs i installed the base game on my laptop. btw tnx for your suggestion but i'll still try to solve this and if i can i'll let you know so u can suggest it to other who will have the same problem and if not i'll just follow your suggestion. tnx and wish me luck!

It's just not the correct way to "copy" a game to another PC.
Anyhow, you can try what you want, but it's not going to work with The Sims 3.

Well I managed to solve my problem by copying the registry file of the sims 3 on my pc to my laptop. And i am now playing this is what i did.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims

i exported all of that registry files to my laptop and it worked..
