Microsoft Office 13 - crack folder emply - can't re-activate‏

Hi Guys, 

I downloaded your Microsoft office and it has been working reallly well (thanks) but now, when I open it it shows "product activation failed". 
I know this is fairly simple to solve, as the 2013 version needs to be re-activatied every 180 days and this can be done by opening the #crack folder.
However this folder is empy in my download... quite strange actually. 

Can you maybe send me the program which should be in this folder, so I can re-activate it again?

Thanks, I just downloaded it. However it says : 

Created C:\WINDOWS\AutoKMS\AutoKMS.exe
Failed to create AutoKMS Scheduled Task
The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)
Cleaning up as AutoKMS is partially installed
Deleted C:\WINDOWS\AutoKMS\AutoKMS.exe
AutoKMS failed to install!

Please advice

Please advice

That is because your Windows Defender and/or anti-virus program keep deleting the files.

Please make sure to temporarily de-activate your anti-virus and Windows Defender, then try again re-downloading that file. Also...what is your Windows operating system ?
