Error 250004 installation Office 2013.
Hey team G4TW,
Ive been wanting to install Office 2013 but I get the famous 250004 error. I cleaned up the registry with CCleaner, tried the removal tool from the microsoft website as well. Also I have all the leftovers deleted in the program section of the control panel. What other steps can I take? Thanks a lot for even replying. Appreciate it.

Well hello,
Let's try a few more things.
First of all, just to be sure, download and install Your Uninstaller! Pro from www.games4theworld.org and check if any Office version still shows up as installed. If it does, (force) uninstall it. Make sure to use the "Super Mode", to get rid of all leftover files.
While still in Your Uninstaller! Pro, click on "Advanced Uninstall" at the bottom of the window. In the list that shows up, look for and remove everything that's related to Microsoft Office.
Get rid of ALL Microsoft Office versions present on your system.
After that we continue our cleanup process manually. I assume this is the uninstall tool provided by Microsoft that you used: https://aka.ms/diag_officeuninstall (If not, please use it now)
And the final step which will take most time, but which I can highly recommend doing: going over all the files manually one by one and removing every last bit of Microsoft Office present on your system: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Manually-uninstall-Office-2013-or-Office-365-1d1110d5-75a4-4154-969e-4260ff29b232
I know it might take some time, but please do try it and take your time. This ensures that it's fully removed from your system.
After this, restart your PC and then try installing Office 2013 again, by extracting the downloaded .RAR file using only WinRAR. After extracting it, follow the steps in the included "# Installation Guide.txt" to install the software.
Good luck and please keep us updated!

Hi again,
Sure, if you don't use it, then you most likely do not need it.
How is the manual/forced uninstallation going?

Sorry to hear that. Did you manually remove ALL Registry entries?

Not sure, but we can try. Feel free to check the chatbox when you see me online, then we'll see about TeamViewer.
//EDIT
Sorry again for the late reply,
Since we have "missed out" each other on the chatbox for the TeamViewer, I'll just post here what I had in mind:
Navigate to C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared. Do you see folders with the name OFFICE15 or OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform ? If so, delete them.
If you have a 64-bit Windows, in addition, navigate under C:\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared. Again, if you see folders with the name OFFICE15 or OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform, delete them.
Good luck!
