NewCrest builds request.

I have decided and found the perfect neighborhood I would like to fill Newcrest with. This is probably a big list, but I hope you guys can help me.

According to this article http://sims-online.com/fill-up-newcrest-houses-and-venues/. These are all from the user: Tokulee I would like the following items:

Only open ONE (1) topic in the section here, and use that thread for all your requests.   Otherwise it would just be too confusing for everybody to follow up. The post with these Gallery rules is among the "Sticky" threads, at the top of the TS4 Gallery section.

Also note (see the last passage in the Gallery rules), that since this is a huge request, it will take a little longer I'm afraid.

I made a different topic as it was from a different maker, I thought it was easier for you, and the forum to have each post dedicated to either an item or a maker so you can easily update the list that way. But I see now it's just one topic per user.

First of all I apologize for the huge delay,
