I've read your instructions and the game works just fine, but all the expansionpacks are gone, what did I do wrong?

I'm not sure, did you download all of them, installed them in order, and by using the Installation Guide for each download?

Yes, I followed the guide carefully and when I noticed it did not work, I removed everything and did it once more, but nothing seems to work as it should. The game starts as usual but none of the worlds are there, neither is the stuff that comes with Get to work, Get together and City Living.

Is it possible that your antivirus interfered?

I'm not sure, will it help if I turn it off now or do I have to re-install the game + the packs?
