Hello everyone!


Today it's been 5 years since I joined this forum. I really can't believe it myself Razz
It was around the time that TS3: Generations was released. I was a pirate before that and I was looking for it. Google brought me here and I decided to join. I liked the atmosphere and when new moderators were needed, I nominated myself. I remember having some doubts back then, I had experience moderating, but I didn't think I'd be the best person to help out with actual problems. I also wasn't sure I could devote enough time. I attempted to pull myself out of the election at some point. 


Well, we can see how that turned out Razz


Over the years I could devote varying amounts of time to the forum. It didn't go well for a time, but I've been back for the past 7 months. I've enjoyed my time here a lot. And so, I would like to take this opportunity to thank a couple of people.


And how else would this list start, than with our own @Admin. Thank you so much for everything. Not only the opportunities (and fun times) on the forum, but also introducing me to a number of extremely enjoyable games. 
Most of all, thank you for your continuing friendship, it means a lot to me.

Good lord I really have changed since then. That is one of the most cringeworthy things I've ever read Laughing but I guess it was good enough back then.


It does feel like a lifetime, in a good way.

As for the lack of replies, we all know that nowadays not many people are reading up on forums (not just G4TW, but forums in general; even bigger ones than G4TW), since everybody is on Facebook, Twitter, etc. So anything posted in these off-topic sections isn't going to get much, if any, replies. As sad as it is.

It's not going to give you any solace, probably, but another reason I hesitated because I waited for *other people* to post, especially since I myself am already posting everywhere else... Razz
