Sims 3 Base Game. [SOLVED]

Ok so followed the installation guide on just the Sims 3 download. When it said to copy and paste I just clicked it and moved it over into the folder and it didn't have the option to replace another one it just went into the folder.

This is the first thing I got:
Sims 3 Base Game. [SOLVED] First

And this is what I get when I try to start the game:
Sims 3 Base Game. [SOLVED] Second

And from there it won't let me log into the game. Will the sims fix, fix the problem or should I just reinstall it and try again?

Hello,
If you crack the game, you wont get the one about the registrationcode.I think you misplaced the crack, you should've gotten a note about replacing this with that and is that ok.
Are you planning on getting expansionpacks?

I put the crack in the exact same spot it told me to put it in. Game > Bin. And it didn't ask to replace. Yeah I'm getting expansions. Pets, Night Life, and Generations.

Hello,
Once you've installed pets or generations, you can use the ultimate fix which will ensure your game is up to date an cracked properly.
It could be that the crack is simply incompatible with your game version.

Ok thanks I'd already downloaded the fix just in case that would have been the problem but I wanted to wait to make sure that it would actually work. Thanks for your help. Still waiting for them to download but thanks in advance.

hello i followed the tutorial but the launcher cant open is say launcher has stopped working i am also in base game i want to update my game my game is also that version that magiciamslover posted please help me i wanted to fix this and wanted to get expansions like late night and pets plsss i am also new here so im a noob please help meh
