I'm just messing around, and with testingcheatsenabled true, I picked Meeko for editing. Isn't he the cutest little bugger?

I did nothing really, just shift clicked the raccoon and clicked "edit sim" and that's how he showed up.

What is funny is what happens after you try to change a small dog into a large dog or other way around. I think it is cute so I don't mind it plus it normally fixes itself
