i got to step 6 "Now, open the '# Crack' file in the .rar." and i dont know what this step means help please and thank you

Hello,
Find a folder called #crack and open it, now copy the contents to the specified location and click yes when prompted.

Hello,

You have to copy the files to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe
