Go up a floor disappeared after Custom content install

So sims pet works fine but after I installed custom content, the button just stopped showing (gray) at our house but when i go to the neighbors, it works. Sometimes down doesnt work also, how do i fix this?

Well, that problem is obviously caused by the Custom Content. The CC is probably not compatible with the version of the game you have.
Which version of the game do you have, by the way?

I recommend going to the CC author's website and see if an updated version of the CC is available. If both your game and the CC is up-to-date, I'm afraid it's just not compatible with your version of the game (yet).
