TS4 crashes on the loading page. Empty TS4 crashes on the loading page.

Hey , when i start the game , the EA MAXIS.....and the The Sims 4 title all are running normally. After when the loading screen comes up, the whole window will be not responding.
I tried reinstalling, run as admin , low resolution etc... .The base game was working fine for me.
What to do?
