100% sure that your AV has disabled the crack rld.dll.
Try to install the expansions get to work + get together, you then don't need rld.dll anymore.
However, same problem could rise again with RldOrigin.dll unless you use the 64-bits file TS4_x64.exe

And it still comes up with a message about rld. dll ???
Impossible, unless you've done something wrong.

When you have a 64-bits windows, please try and start your game with TS4_x64.exe instead of TS4.exe. Your anti-virus has no effect on the crack for the 64-bits.

With Get together installed you can even remove the file rld.dll as it is no longer required.
