My very first mesh creation...

Ugh I don't know where I went wrong...  

I have very little experience modding accessories, but my best guess would be it's not properly weight mapped to a bone?

Have you tried asking at the Sims4Studio forums? I'm sure someone over there could help you out.

This is an easy fix. Remove any weight assignment from all other bones. Weight all the parts of your mesh to the head only and it should be just fine.

Thanks for the replies! I am a beginner and still learning blender. I don't quite understand everything just yet but I'm super into meshing/creating my own content so I'm sure if I keep at it I'll eventually get it.

When you get this working, I definitely want to download it. I like the design a lot.
