TSLHOST.DLL needs permission to move?!!?!?!

I am administrator on my computer however this TSLHOST.DLL has decided that it doesn't want to move to program files electronic arts sims 3 game bin!! I have rebooted many times I have went on properties and everything but i really am not sure what to do could anyone help me/?!?!? i will also screenshot the folder if you want me to.

So the .exe does replace?
Try moving the .dll file from the Game\Bin to the desktop, then copy the one from the Crack folder to the Game\Bin. Does it help?

It worked like that but when I pressed the play button the whole screen turned black and an error appeared saying, ''Sims 3 has stopped working''

i just downloaded the ultimate fix and have the same problem tslhost.dll needs permission to move when copying to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
but yesterday while i was installing expansion packs i didn't have this problem
i am the administrator on the computer

well i'm on the step 11(ultimate fix) and have to download the patch manually but this problem (permission) seems to be fixed

HELP! I recently downloaded Sims 3 Island Paradise and I tried to copy the TS3W AND TSLHost.dll but only the TS3W was copied!I already did the Carlos fix-thing: ( https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t17678-permissions-error-when-copying-cracked-files-fix# ) Both on the "Bin" folder and "Game" folder (which is the parent) I really need help because I can't open my Sims 3 anymore

Welcome to the forum.

Make sure you use the crack from the fix, that is the most recent one. If you're going to copy the files, make sure you're logged on to your computer with an administrator account.

Thanks for the reply. I did the specific procedures for my problem but when I already did the refresh part "Step 11" It only said "Your app is up to date." What do I do?
