Fatal Error "Rld.dll failed to load" After downloading base game

Hi, i downloaded the base game & did everything i was supposed too. However when i go to play the game, this error pops up.
"rld.dll failed to load. please confirm that :
the file was copied over the same folder as the cracked executable
the antivirus software is not false-detecting the file"
I don't know what to do... My antivirus isin't blocking it so like idk what im supposed to do??
