Sims 2 sim requests

Hi I was wondering if anyone still plays the sims 2, could I make a few sim requests please?

I still play the sims 2 myself. I have legal copies of it and have installed the original game, not the ultimate edition thing. Had to make a little workaround to get it working on Windows 8.1, but it runs. Have everything up to Mansion & Garden stuff. As for requests; well, i actually don't do that. Not really a talent or so to create sims, though i fiddle with it a bit till i like it. Maybe with the new sliders that more is possible, but i haven't used them so far. I do use a ton of other cc.

I still love the Sims 2 but I'm having trouble choosing between 2 and 4
Would it be ok if I requested a sim for the Sims 2 though?
