Do you know how to put everything in this fake Origin in English? is the Sims 3 also available there?

only the names of the games are foreign, the actual game is in english don't worry. and no there isn't sims 3 but i'm sure there is sims 2

I do everything as above and when I try to open ZLorigin it tells me i'm missing a dll file.. I had it working before but had to restore my laptop.. now it wont work. any clue?
