Sims Medieval- SMLauncher won't open. Empty Sims Medieval- SMLauncher won't open.

I followed all the steps and installed both the base game, and P&N. Whenever I click the launcher to do the Ultimate Fix thing, it says "window cannot find" and then the file path. I'm really confused... Did I screw up somehow?
