Internet Download Manager doesn't integrate with Google Chrome

As the title says the Internet Download Manager download from G4TW's downloads doesn't integrate with GC anymore Ive had to reinstall /redo my computer several times for various reasons in the last 6 months or so and about 4-5 months ago after the first time in a while the IDM stopped working and the problems began. Every attempt since then it either installs and doesnt integrate or it installs and then starts complaining about being a fake serial number. after updating to the current version which seems to be the only one that does work with GC anymore.
