Zoo Tycoon 2 keeps crashing. Empty Zoo Tycoon 2 keeps crashing.

hi! i recently installed zoo tycoon 2. installed it. but every few minutes it crashes. i tried compatibility mode for windows vista. but it wont go past the intro video. i'm helpless... because it worked a year ago before i resetted my laptop it worked fine. please help. i play on win 10
