Hello and welcome to the Forum,
Did you add any mods prior to starting the game? Also, did you install at least one expansion/stuffpack in addition to the basegame? Did you then also apply the 1.67 manual patch + Ultimate Fix?
Mostly, the error code indicates that incompatible mods were used, so please double-check on that. Good luck!

i didnt install any mods for sims 3 except me trying to add sims 3 cc but i deleted that and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. i only used the things in the folder and updated the game before adding the expansions, then i cracked it

Maybe it's easier if we treat "sims 3 cc" as equal to mods, for troubleshooting purposes here. Try going under Documents\Electronic Arts and change the folder name of "The Sims 3" into anything else. Then try running the game again.

I did that and the same thing happened and another "The Sims 3" folder was made when i opened the game

That is to be expected (and the intention of the fix I suggested). Since it didn't work you can delete it though. You are using the G4TW version of The Sims 3, aren't you? Did you also use WinRAR for extracting the download files, which are in the .rar file format?

I did use Winrar to extract the folders. I dont know if they are in the rar format. when i extracted the folders they just went into normal window folders.
