Windows 7 antipirate updates? Empty Windows 7 antipirate updates?

What updates should i avoid. I know about (KB971033) I'm jus worried about having to REINSTALL AGAIN (a widows 10 update broke my install of win 10 so i figured id just downgrade as id been meaning to)

Used that particular activator myself back then when I was still rolling with Windows 7. And should an "anti-piracy update" remove this crack, re-apply it according to the guide. Good luck!  pirat
