Cats and Dogs just disappears.

Hello.

I've got two problems.
So i've installed the sims 4 and all the DLC as it said in the turtorial. 
But when i start it, Cats and Dogs are gone. And there isn't even an option at the left side that i "own" it. It's just disapeared. 
Also, when i go in to create a Sim only his legs appears. And i can't zoom it out. Really weird thing.

Anybody who have been experiencing the same thing?

yeah i am experiencing the same issue about the installation problems. ive followed the installation guide to the tee and cats and dogs are gone. it doesnt even say i own it.

Yeah, i have installed this like, 4 times now just to see if there is something i can do in a different way. I'm trying now the 5th time to see, so if this works out, i'll let you know if someone else doesn't know what to do.

thanks. im downloading again now to. im going to try installing everything the same but download the update before downloading cats and dogs. and im not going to rename the game folder. ill let you know if this works.

Like, this is what happens to me. Dunno seriously because i've tried everything i can think of.

Re-apply Cats & Dogs, maybe you even have to re-download it.
After re-installing Cats & Dogs, install the latest update 1.36.104.1020.
Before copy/pasting the items of the update delete the folder Game from your installation folder Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4

It kinda appears now. Not totally. It says it's there, but i can't choose to create a pet in CAS. 
Also, while the expansions do have their picture on the "owned" once Cats and Dogs have something totally else. And When i try to exit the world for Cats and Dogs, it's totally white

Would you mind posting the hardware specs of the computer, you are trying to play this thing on?

I'm not sure which specs you are referring to - i'm not that good at computers, but i know 64-bit operation system. 
If you would like to tell me which specs you're referring to and i can look it up on the comp.

I was talking about the RAM (how many GB), the graphics card model, the CPU model (how many GHz), things like that.

Ah okey haha thanks for providing information. RAM: 8,00 GB. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 GHz 
I think i got it all, otherwise sorry for the confusion

Seems like my GPU is like my CPU. 
Like, i'm looking in the system of the computer and for what i can see the above information is all i got.
On the computer it says though "CPU/GPU extreme performance"
I've got a Asus G75V. Dunno if that helps
