Problem with base game items: script call fail error Empty Problem with base game items: script call fail error

Hello.

I just installed the game and did not skip any of the steps written down in the guide how to do that, but somehow I am getting that "script call fail" when trying to place items. It concerns only the base game items like desks or dining tables. Could anyone help me please with this problem?

I do not have any CC. Installed all the DLC that are available on games4world.
