Can’t install zlorigin

When I tried to install Zclient. It said can’t install
on this pc.
I’m running window 10 and I turn off virus protection
Please help. Thank you

All I can think of is that there is not enough diskspace available or you have been banned.

It’s definitely enough disk space. I just login did do nothing to be banned.
Is there instructions on how to install game another way?

Delete everything from the folder Zclient except Zclient.exe and the folder New Login.
Then try again.

I try installing on another computer it said same thing: this app can’t run on your pc to find a version for your pc check with the software publisher. I delete files from Zclient folder. Still got same answer. Can you send me a link to get the files the other way

I'm sorry, I never encountered this problem before and I have no idea how to solve this.
I will try tomorrow on a computer that is definately not suitable and see if I get the same response.

First do I have to download sims 4 if I already have it.  Can I just start with Get to together.

Secondly where do I install them> I see a install file nothing happens when I click on it.
