Problem with The sims 4 worlds

Hello! So I installed the Sims 4 (and expansions,game packs etc.) few weeks ago and everything worked fine until I tried to move my household to another world....the problem is that I only have 3 functional worlds and if I click on any other world my screen becomes white and only thing I can see is my household and that play button, but the game freezes and I have to completely restart my laptop. I don't know what the problem is and I really don't want to install everything all over again. So........What should I do?
