Conversion T3 to T4

Hi! I have these boots I'm obssessed with from TS3 and they don't seem to be found anywhere. 
They are Spring Grace Boots by Elexis. I have tried to read a tutorial to convert them myself, but truth is I wasn't gifted to any artistic job, so... anyone? I could provide the link or the TS3 package myself, if it is allowed. 
Also, if this is not the right place to ask, I am so sorry and I hope anyone to tell me where to ask.
