WASD and mouse scroll not working

Hi, 

I downloaded the Sims 4 as per instructions and the game was working fine the other day. However all of a sudden I'm getting no response with the WASD keys but other keys are working?

Any help is much appreciated!

No my keys are working find on other stuff. Just not on Sims 4. I've installed the patch again and the scrolling works find but keys WASD keys still isn't responding

Try restoring default settings.

If that doesn't help go to "Documents\Electronic Arts", rename "The Sims 4" folder and start the game. It will create new one with no saves, no mods, etc. Test if it works now.

Tried that, didn't work...

Try this and post the result here.

BTW can you even type those letters in game? When naming your Sim or anywhere where you can type inside the game?
