Computer UI does not pop up

So I followed some steps to fix the problem, like adjusting the resolution percentage to 125% (nothing happened) then adjusted the graphic setting to low (hoping it’d help) but nothing happened. I have completed all of the patches and not skipped a DLC. The whole game is working pretty fine, their UIs are showing up properly. However, when I patched TS4 Seasons, I cannot use the computer when I want to but when my Sims want to use it, they can. I just can’t tell them specifically what to do on the computer. I have a sim who’s already a pro player and I need him to make an app for his aspiration. Please help Sad

Hi! This is what showed up on the results. Also, I can use any computers on any lot, just not on my owned lots (i.e. retail store and vet clinic)

Delete "Game" folder, delete "The Sims 4" folder (not the main one! the one inside the main one). Apply My First Pet Stuff, apply Seasons, apply the newest Update. And do it in this exact order. At this point everything should be OK. Run validator again just to be 100% sure.

I have the same problem should I post my problem here or a new thread? My computer UI doesn't pop up everything else seems fine other than that.

I did everything you said and did everything in exact order. However, when I opened the game, I can only access the home and my household is nowhere to be found. The screen is just white. I can't even choose a place in-game or a household. Just literally white xD

I downloaded the whole sims 4 from piratebay that has all the DLC's till Sims 4 Pets. Then that's where I get other DLC's from G4TW. Why God.

After a days of figuring out what I'm missing, it's the actual first seasons update IAmSoHappyEmergahwd

. I have the new patches, but not the base patch for seasons. I'm sorry for wasting your time, and thank you for being a great help!
