Hello, I installed the latest update on this site and the last patch. Only when I want to start the game I have an error message:
C: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ MSVCP120.dll is not designed to run under Windows or it contains an error. Reinstall the program using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support. Error status: 0xc000012f.
Could you help me please ? thank you in advance

Go to your installation folder f.e. C:\Program Files\The Sims 4
Open thefolder __Installer
Open the folder vc
Open the folder vc2010sp1
Open the folder redist
run the 2 vcredist files


Go back to the folder vc
Open the folder vc2013
Open the folder redist
run the 2 vcredist files
