Get Famous not allowing me to make a new game

Hi,

I had all sims 4 patches up until Seasons, worked absolutely fine, so now I downloaded Get famous and then the new update too as usually, but now the game is not working unfortunately. So it loads in fine to the start up sceen, but basically can't press the "new game" button, only the "big arrow start" or the "load game", and once I tried to press "new game" (it doesn't do anything) the game settings are also not showing anything anymore. I tried to play the game with the current save I had so I pressed start, it loaded fine so I decided I will make a new sim like that and move it in. Once I moved in to a new house and tried to open up building mode I saw nothing. The building part didn't appear, I mean there was nothing in the left bottom corner, I couldn't see the items to buy them or build anything, there were no options.
I was looking for similar problems but didn't see anyone posting about this yet. I followed every step, so don't know what could be wrong.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move it back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.
