All in one

I can't find the link for the all in one download for The Sims 4. Would it be better to download each game on here? Is there a way to use the gallery to download sims and lots?

We don't have an 'official' all-in-on release for TS4. There is the un-official AIO here:

And yes, Gallery items can be used, just like in the legit TS4 versions. Individual Tray-files need to be extracted to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray.

To avoid misunderstanding: With pirated copies of The Sims 4 you cannot access the Gallery. Gallery-items can be used in the game however.

Play the original base game.
Download the wanted items from the Gallery.
Don't save the original game, just close it.
Close Origin
Go to your all-in-one version, you now have the items you just downloaded.

If you don't want to install the original Sims 4 base game, we have a selection of Gallery creators here, and you only need to unpack these items, and put them into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray-folder.
