IgfxTray.exe
Hi.
I upgraded my os from Windows 8.1 to 10 and reinstalled Sims 3.
The sims 3 has crashed 4 times with the same error which is igfxtray.exe.
So I'm hoping for any suggestions for what to do.
Thanks.

Sorry for the belated reply,
If you haven't done so yet, try these possible solutions here:
https://www.games4theworld.club/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-30-01-2015
Did you make sure to download and install all available Windows updates/drivers too?

Thanks for the reply.
I updated the graphics driver but it was clashing with the game so I rolled back the driver.
It keeps showing a message about the screen resolution so I set both the game and screen resolution to 1366 x 768.
But the game is still crashing.

Sorry for the belated reply,
Is there a place with those Intel HD graphics, where you can change certain settings? Like in the other guide here:
https://www.games4theworld.club/t21716-excessive-frame-rendering-in-the-sims-3-updated-on-16-12-2015
If possible with those Intel HD graphics, look for an option to enable V-Sync. See this here for example:
