small ingame buggs

Hi! I got some ingame bugs, which I would like to fix.

A small bug were I can't see the whole lines of the apartments and another bug were my sims won't get past lover, even though they are suppose to be soulmates. :$

I already posted a discuss at the validator, but I thought it would be more suitable at the forum for people with the same issue.
I tried fixing it with v-sync and with removing the save, starting a-new and adding the save again.
I use one mod for controlling pets.

This is my first time at a forum, I hope I posted the pictures correct.
