No promotions possible Empty No promotions possible

I've installed all the latest things (as well as fixes), but all of a sudden the prestation bar that needs to be filled to get a promotion won't got up or down (for jobs etc.) It just stays in the middle. Also with the freelancer jobs, none of the tasks are being checked.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?
