Help please!

Downloaded all the expansions and updates in order and have no saved games on there and still wont let me play last update was 1.56.52.100 am I missing something?

Hello and welcome to the G4TW Forums @michelle1984,

First of all you should move your installation folder "The Sims 4" out of any Electronic Arts -subfolder. So in your case, make it such that the folder The Sims 4 will be directly under "2nd Boot (D:)".

After that try utilizing the "validator" here:

And copy-paste the results in a reply here, but note that I am not good with analyses of the validator (the person who originally did them left the Forum).

Actually not, be would my estimate. It seems like you mis-copied at some point a folder named "EP04", directly into your install directory. But that is not how G4TW foes these releases. Did you maybe create that folder yourself at some point?

"Unknown files" basically means you can safely delete those.

Also, did you move already the install folder out of "Electronic Arts"? Another thought, are you maybe using any mods or something along those lines? Please remove the mods, if that is the case.

Do another validator check, but this time un-tick the box that says "quick scan". This will probably take a lot longer to complete. But once done, please copy-paste the results here again.

I will check back later, or tomorrow again. But so far...the game installation doesn't look as bad as I feared it might.
