was just wondering is there anyway I can get dlc for free with just the base game purchased?

Hello and welcome to the G4TW Forums @blank.sora.,
I would personally recommend that you grab an "all-in-one" edition of The Sims 4. You can find various repacks on e.g. The PirateBay for example. Or if you want to try Games4theworld's or Sim Architect's stuff, check out this here:
