Master Suite Problem

First off, I want to thank this community for uploading all of these packs. Now to the problem: I own a legal copy of The Sims 3 (digital) and thus I need to use Origin as a medium for me to play. I recently downloaded the Master Suite EP from you guys and extracted the crack into the Sims Origin mods folder as directed in another thread which someone posted earlier. Now the game can start (with the error of telling me I have unknown modifications, but there’s the option to bypass that) and I can even select which family I want to play, but upon choosing the family, the game crashes at the loading screen. The loading bar moves up a sliver, freezes, then the game crashes. I checked the forums and there appears to be no similar problems, so if someone could help me find a solution I’d be grateful.
