no washing machine available

Hi, so I just recently downloaded the Tiny Living stuffpack and the TS4_Update_1-61-15-1020. There are no problems in the game when I played it however I can't use the washing machine and any other laundry objects . When I click the laundry basket, I can't click on the options for putting it in the washing machine, or in the tub, or in the dryer, or in the clothesline. It will say there is no available washing machine. When I click on the washing machine, the only option is upgrade. I tried everything, moving the machine in other place, deleting it and buying another one, making sure no other objects are blocking it. But I still can't use it.
