Issues with the .package files. Empty Issues with the .package files.

Hi, I followed your guide on how to install the .package files, and used the framework, but my game still won't recognize the custom content. Right now the mods are installed at C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages, did i do something wrong along the way? Help would be Much appreciated. Thank You =D

Did you delete the cache files before you put in the .packages?
