can you give me a original serial code please?

You can make an account on the sims 3 website without having a registered game. And as long as you have an account and add friends on it, you can use simport.

Yes, even without a serial code. The social features are limited, you are, for example, unable to post memories to your wall, but from what I could tell you can still send and receive sims through Simport.
It's highly unlikely that you can get an registration code from someone, they're likely to have used it themselves. However, you only need one registered game to use the new features to full capacity, so you could consider buying a stuff pack. I believe Town Life goes for around €15, or less on sale.
