Katty Perry Ultimate Stage Venue not Showing Up

Looks like the launcher is being stupid again 
I installed the stage venue and had no problems (for the first time
). Then I started my game, but alas, the stage did not show up in the game. I went into edit town and selected the community lots button and it's not there. What should I do?

I tried the multi-extractor and nothing.
Edit: Tried CC Magic and still nothing. This problem seems to be appearing on the official sims 3 forums also, so I am beginning to suspect that it's EA's fault (surprise surprise), not yours. Even so, if you could help find a solution that would be great!

I believe one of our helpers has managed to install it by doing a double-click install on the sims3pack.

Hello,
When you used the multi extractor, where did you put the resulting package files? Did they go in My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages?
If yes, then I guess this is EA's fault.
I haven't been able to get it to show up myself.

Yes, that is where I put them. This is frustrating. I hate EA more and more with every minute (hence why I no longer buy their games, but torrent them).
BTW, should it be showing up as an object in the launcher? I just noticed that, and perhaps that has something to do with it not showing up, as it it supposed to be a lot?

Anyway, I finally got it to show up. I extracted it using Delphy's extractor at MTS (thanks Lady Eldi). Then I combined them in a single .package (as they would not work separately) using s3pe. Then I put that in my mods folder and it showed up!
By any chance could you but these in a sticky? I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with this problem and since this fixed it for me I'm sure it will fix it for others as well. I can get more detailed instructions on combining .packages if you want me to.

Would you mind uploading it to mediafire? I'll see if it works for me and anyone having problems can download the ready made package in stead of trying to extract and combine it themselves.

I'm not sure attaching it to a post will work, I just tried that with a resourcefile and that didn't work. But you can upload it to mediafire (or something like that) and put the link here. If you can't post links yet, you can for example place it with spaces instead of dots.
