Frozening TS3

Hi,
I've already looked in forum, but it haven't found topic like this so.... When I download some stuff from exchange, after installing, my game starts to frozening and it hasn't before. When I uninstalled that stuff, game was normal. Is there any possible way how to install stuff from exchange (or other websites cause i found really good clothes/hair styles etc.) without frozening?

Did the freezing specificly start after adding stuff from the Exchange or when adding stuff from other websites?

Actually, I had stuff only from Exchange, I haven't tried other sites.

It's difficult to say, but it mostly happens with Lots, I haven't found any house wich works normally.

It's possible that a cheat or mod was used to built it.
I heard that build cheats can crash the game later on if they were used to build a house.
