Invisible Sims.[SOLVED]

helo,
Mine problem is tht 2 of my sims are invisible after they came back frm Egypt, now dnt know wht to install and how to fix this bug. If i install the debugenabler wil it work bcoz i dont have original Sims. By mistaken i updated my patch to 1.33 n thn got an error to insert athe original disk. So i have uninstalled all the ep's n the base game as well, bcoz i didnt find any solution. Can u pls guide me how can i bring my invisible sims back and how to update the patch if i dont have original sims and can i instal mods ? Hope u reply asap. Thanks

must i re-apply frm ea launcher ? bcoz it thn asks for original cd. and is this the right forum to post for this issue ?

Hello,
The fix will allow you to update your game and crack. The manual patch is here.
Your sims could be invisible for a number of reasons. Is your sim invisible, or is their picture also missing from the interface? Try resetting them with the ceatcode resetsim [firstname] [lastname].
You can use mods, as long as they're compatible with your game version.

Yess their picture is also missing...and the cheat
code doesn't work like nothing happens when i use this cheat. So if i

Thankss alott my game is working now, n i have successfully installed the latest patch n mods. Thanks once again I must say this forum is really helpful n Ur work is worth appreciable.
As my sims were invisible and the patch was updated from ea launcher and i didn't knw abt this forum before i had to uninstall all the expansions + the base game but i copied my Saves folder. Then i re-install the game again with all all the packs and 2 new packs as well. After that i copied my saved games back to the specified folder but those saves are not working like it doesn't open n gives the error that
"Cannot load this save. It may have been saved with expansion pack date which is no longer present on this system "
Wht must i do with this trouble now
??

Hello,
When you open your launcher, are all your expansions' icons lit up? And if they are, hover over each one to see what version they are, if one of them has version 0.0.0.0 you may have to reinstall that particular expansion.

Miss Eldi I have checked the launcher and the expansions i have downloaded all r litting up but none of them have 0.0.0.0 version. What to do ?

If you go to your saves folder, does your save game have a .bad extension?
Another question: Did you previously patch your expansions separately?

Hello,
That's no good. try this:
-Start by making a backup of both [yoursavegame].sims3.bad and [yoursavegame].sims3.backup. Copy them to the desktop, or somewhere else.
-Delete the one with the .bad extension, and rename [yoursavegame].sims3.backup to [yoursavegame].sims3.
-Now start the game and see if it will load.
If it doesn't, I may have another option for you.

and if i copy any save which doesnot have .bad extension tht save is also not opening
