Social Interactions Missing

Hi,

I have installed all expansions, and applied the ultimate fix successfully.

However, there is only one bug or conflict...My sims cannot interact with each other. The only options available are 'scare' and 'give gift'.

I have the proposed solutions in threads having similar problems, but it still doesn't work.

Note that apart from interacting, the sims can do everything else.

As I said, I have installed all the expansions, and they were all taken from your website. However, I have a cd version of the base game.

I hope these details will give you an idea of what the problem is, and I thank you for your consideration.

However, there really is no way to use mods/cc right?

You can use mods/cc, you just have to keep them updated, and be careful with what kinds of mods you're using because some can conflict. There is also occasionally something bad in the coding or designing of some cc that can make your game do odd things. Another good thing to do is make sure that you're downloading them from a trusted site. There are some older sites that have things on them that wouldn't work with all the updates that have happened since the game came out.
