[Sims 3] Another instance of this setup is already running

This is what pops up as soon as I hit a key after clicking "Install Everything" in the autorun window. According to Task Manager, the one that can't run is TS3_1.33 and the one asking for a language is Sims3Setup. After clicking OK on the "Another instance" box, World Adventures pops up, and the All-In-One Installer window closes. I can install Sims 3 and World Adventures, but after that's done, nothing else happens. No other games or stuff packs try to install.

Hello,
We at Games4theworld are not a fan of these kind of modified installers. It seems like a good idea now, but you'll never be able to patch your game or add another expansion.
I'm not sure how to help with your current problem, having no experience with these modified installers.
I'd recommend getting them from us here. It's more work now but you'll be happier with it in the long run.
