Hi there,
Ah, the first few expansion packs were quite fun. But then EA found out people are actually willing to pay for bugged crap. That's when things went wrong, I guess.

Looks to be like the Ikea pack for Sims 2.. Pretty boring in my opinion.

I also think this'll be better than the "candy store blew up in your face" stuff.
But I won't be installing any stuff packs until I get a new pc.
Besides, I'm working on a medieval themed world

Re: New Sims 3 Stuff Pack announced..
It's quite challenging actually, I derived the idea from this challenge. I spend an entire evening downloading stuff. I have a number of medieval CAS parts, a small world without roads (so there'll be no cars or bikes), and a whole bunch of objects that were adapted for TS3 from TSM.
Besides that I have the custom rabbit hole rugs so there will be no rabbit hole lots. In stead, I'll have Politics and Military careers at the castle, school and the cemetery at the Cathedral, Hospital at the wizards' tower, grocery store at one of the farm houses and the bookstore will be at one of the merchants houses. There will be no business or journalism careers, no day spa, no sports and only 1 true community lot (a park), no police or fire station, no salon etc. I'm considering a consignmentstore.
I'm working on the castle now, the biggest challenge is filling the rooms without using any electrical equipment or other modern items.

Haha. Awesome!
Are you going to be using the Magic cauldron & the magic spell book at all? I think they would go great in "medieval times". Also I think the Acrobat & Magician careers would be a perfect fit for that timing.. If you hadn't thought of that already.

Ahh thanks for reminding me about the cauldron, I was just working on the wizards tower earlier and I already had the spellbook and several items from the Gothic collection, but it definitely needs he cauldron as well.

Yeah, and the best thing about the cauldron.. It's not just decorative, it actually does stuff.
