PLEASE HELP ; DOWNLOADING SIMS 3 SHOWTIME

I clicked on downloading the sims 3 showtime . It then sends me to a torcache website . It begins a download . When I click on it , It ask what type of program I want to use to open it . I don't know what program I need to open this and install it .

Please help if you can !

Please use uTorrent (www.utorrent.com) to download .torrent files.
The file will then start downloading in your Bittorrent client (In your case it'll be uTorrent).
