Huge The Sims 3 World Adventures problem! [CLOSED]

Hope u can help me.

As I said on another topic, I've installed the base game from razor1911.

But I downloaded games4theworld version of World Adventures. I noticed it says that the base game has to be games4theworld also, but I really hoped that I don't have to download base game again, cause it takes quite a long time.

So.. I have a few questions.

First of all, when I got in my Register Editor, the SKU was already set on 2. I hope that's ok. I simply pressed 2 again and that's all. Is it ok?

I got through all the other points of instalation guide very well. I updated my game versions from "crack 3" folder BUT when I started Launcher, it was saying "unable to connect to EA download manager" all the time. And yes, I have the newest version of Origin, it is connected, it works just fine, I even tried to completely disable my antivirus program for some time, but still it didn't work.

Then I decided to try and skip this step and install World Adventures to see what's gonna happen. I installed it successfully, again turned Launcher on, and this time it was exactly as it says in Installation Guide - it found some update, I checked it, downloaded and installed it. It seemed it was ok. Then I cracked World Adventures.

And in the end, whenever I launch the Launcher it says "no game disc found! please insert the sims 3 world adventures game disc before proceeding". Also it still says that it's unable to connect to EA download manager.

I think I'm going crazy! I'm trying to fix it whole day! Can you please tell me what is the problem actually of all of this?! I have no idea what to do anymore, if I don't find something soon, I'll probably have to download base game all over again. Isn't there anything else to do?

Thanks a lot for your answer! Ok, definitely that's better cause that's a new expansion or stuff pack, not again a 2 days download of a base game

Once I download one of these expansions or stuff packs and do the fix, I'm gonna tell if it worked for me!

another little question. since these stuff packs are not the ones i should install by the order of their publishment, it won't be a problem later to install earlier expansions and stuff packs?

ok, at the moment, i'm installing a manual patch of the 1.36 version. i've already installed town life stuff and when i started a launcher it was asking for an update, but couldn't connect to the ea download manager, so i hope manual patch will do the work?

and then, when i finish this, i can install world adventures? the fact is, there are some patches to install in world adventures, but my question is do i have to install them since i'm updating to the latest version at the moment? or should i just skip that step?
